REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued for artistic services once they have been completed. However, adjustments can be made within a two week timeframe so please reach out as proper communication is key!

This policy ensures that the creative work provided to you is valued and respected.

DEPOSITS

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all services to secure your appointment time and date.

$50 deposit is deducted from the service cost and is not an additional fee.

$50 are required for all future appointments as well.

This deposit ensures that your spot is reserved and helps me with managing my schedule effectively.

GUESTS

Due to limited space, I ask that there are no additional guest at your appointment. Only guest permitted would be a parent and one child DURING a children’s appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

NO SHOWS

Late arrivals impact my ability to schedule efficiently.

  • If you're more than 10 minutes late, you'll be charged an additional $15.

  • If you're over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you'll need to reschedule.

  • No shows will result in being banned & NO future appointments can be made.

  • Please be respectful of my time.
