Whether it’s a precise, customized curly cut, protective color services, or tailored product recommendations, my goal is to simplify curly hair care. I focus on giving you the tools and knowledge to manage your curls confidently without the overwhelm.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING
refunds
No refunds will be issued for artistic services once they have been completed. However, adjustments can be made within a two week timeframe so please communicate with me.
This policy ensures that the creative work provided to you is valued and respected.
Deposits
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required for all services to secure your appointment time and date.
$40 are required for all future appointments as well.
$40 deposit is deducted from the service cost and is not an additional fee.
This deposit ensures that your spot is reserved and helps me with managing my schedule effectively.
GUESTS
Due to limited space, I ask that there are no additional guest at your appointment. Only guest permitted would be a parent and one child DURING a children’s appointment.

No shows
Late arrivals impact my ability to schedule efficiently.
If you're more than 10 minutes late, you'll be charged an additional $15.
If you're over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you'll need to reschedule.
No shows will result in a full charge for the service. Please be respectful of my time.
cancellations
All deposits are nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation time.
I’m happy to apply your deposit to a future booking as a one-time courtesy. Please book with intention—thank you for understanding!
I ask that you cancel your appointment at least
24-48 hours in advance.
If you're feeling sick, please let me know 24 hours beforehand so we can reschedule.
Failure to cancel within the specified time frames, will result in 50% of the service cost being charged. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.
how to arrive for your curly cut
note!
Please arrive to your curly hair appointment with your hair detangled and free of any HEAVY styling products such as, curl creams or oils.
Please note that an additional fee and time may be required if your hair requires detangling or cleansing before the styling session.
